There are a few different ways you can clean the exterior surfaces around your property. One of the more traditional options is power washing, which uses high amounts of water pressure to blast away dirt and grime from your surface. Our preferred method is soft washing, which uses a biodegradable cleaning solution paired with gentle water pressure to eliminate any stains or contaminants from your surfaces.

Here are a few times you should choose soft washing over power washing.
- You have a delicate surface material: Power washing uses high amounts of water pressure to blast away contaminants, but this high water pressure can potentially damage the surface materials. Especially when you have more delicate surface materials, like shingles, siding, gutters, solar panels, decks, etc., you will want to choose soft washing to keep your surface materials safe.
- You want to choose an environmentally friendly cleaning method: If you choose environmentally friendly options for most things in your life, including cleaning methods, you will want to choose soft washing instead of power washing. Soft washing uses only a third of the water pressure used in power washing and biodegradable cleaning solutions. This makes it a great option to conserve water and protect the environment from harsh chemicals from other cleaning solutions.
- You need long-lasting results: After you power wash your exterior surfaces, you might notice some remaining filth or the contaminants might return quickly. Rather than scheduling power washing services yet again, you should choose soft washing instead. The cleanliness provided by soft washing can last up to four to six times longer than power or pressure washing. That way, your surfaces can be cleaner and look great for a longer amount of time, and you can schedule our exterior cleaning services less often.
